    Mills Marine & Ship Repair LLC is looking for personnel to fill a full-time positions and one part-time position at Military Sealift Command in Norfolk, VA. The proposed contract starts on 1 April 2019 and runs through 30 September 2019.


    Applicant will review and validate existing Interface Control Documents (ICD) for the implementation of Adaptive Force Packages (AFP) onboard Military Sealift Command ships. Additionally, the applicant will perform ship checks and draft new ICDs as required. 

    Norfolk Naval Base, Norfolk, VA


    • Duties will include services to review, validate and update existing Interface Control Documents (ICD) for the implementation of Adaptive Force Packages (AFP) onboard the Military Sealift Command’s (MSC) Expeditionary Fast Transport (T-EPF) and Expeditionary Sea Base (T-ESB) classes of vessels.
    • Additionally, contractor services are required to develop new, stand-alone Interface Control/Equipment Sustainment documents to capture existing AFP equipment.


    B.S. in Systems, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and two or more years of at-sea experience with MSC or seagoing US military vessels


    Applicable senior leadership experience on military ships that demonstrate an understanding of shipboard systems and/or operational employment of expeditionary units


    A Secret Security Clearance is required.

    Successful background check and drug screening required
